We just had a jungler do this

So we had a jungler who short story went 3/11. However, its his path of getting there and his flaming excuses that are appalling. At minute 8 their team's jungler and top, Nunu and Rumble, was stealing his jungle monsters. Rather than leaving that alone and moving on to the next, he decides it is in his best interesting to fight them 2v1. Despite multiple pings off from the team, he goes in anyway, and the expected result occurs, he flash dies. What's he do next? Flames top lane for letting them do that. That scoundrel! He let them have monsters he couldn't contest with 9% mana how dare he! Few moments later, enemy team has baron. He decides to push out top lane. Which is fine. But then he stayed there...and stayed there...and stayed there. Now enemy team just killed dragon and are moving up bot lane. 4v5...We contest as much as we can but we lose up to Inhibitor. Meanwhile he's still sitting in top jungle, still farming. Says if it wasn't for top lane letting them have those monsters he wouldn't be so far behind. Meanwhile saying this as 3/9 now. Darn that top lane!! Darn him for allowing them to 2v1 those monsters he could have ignored! Moments later a fight breaks out. It happened after he face planted into Leona and Rumble. "You F'ing @$$****! if you didn't put me behind this never would have happened!" And there you have it. A 3/11 finish all because top lane let him have 1 jungle monster. If that's not a ban....I don't know what is.
