Request lift on ban due to medical reasons

I just received a "chat ban" or something- I don't even know I just opened up League and received it. It came with some chat dialogues from 2 games where I apparently flamed a Jinx and Quinn in one game and whoever the jungle was second game. Reading these, I want to apologize for how I spoke- but at the same time I'm a kind, respectable player. When someone is griefing me I just mute them and try to stay focused on the game. I reached Honor Lvl 5 very quickly because I'm a kind person and try helping my team and keeping spirits high.

However, when I was 13 years old I began experiencing time gaps- I had to see a doctor and was diagnosed with MPD. Occasionally, my "alternate" personalities take over in the strangest circumstances. This is strange to me, because I do not remember these conversations nor have I ever experienced an MPD episode that plays LoL. Considering I'm the only one who knows my password, I have to assume a personality was playing on my account. I do apologize for the things I said, I wish I could see the entire chat log- not just what "I" said- I want to be a person thats fun to play with and that people can enjoy playing more games with. I've never experienced anything like a ban, and I don't know how to get it lifted. I don't want these penalties to stick- my life has been fairly hectic enough picking up after my personalities and League is the one thing I can get away from this living Hell. Please help.

The boards are mainly for players to speak to one another. If you want a fellow player to look over your chat logs or something this is the place to do it.

The kind of request you're making here is only possible through a support ticket, so I'd recommend scrolling down and clicking the "Support" button at the bottom of the page.

I believe it is disassociative disorder now?

As redniwediS said, your best bet is to contact Player Support.

From someone who has a disability - I can relate to how the world morphs around you (I hear voices constantly). Sadly, everything is a domino effect in life and reacts from every action. Even if you do something wrong, you'll always be responsible - even if not aware.

I've been committed before for my actions, even if I wasn't 100% aware (Lost a month of my life). I attacked medical staff for trying to treat me, and when people suffer from your actions there's normally a system in place to prevent it from happening again.

Part of you needs to address your medical problem is an issue before you can start combatting it. As long as you have the mentality I'm not responsible - you're enabling the darker side of your self-conscious. Some of the initial steps of fighting split personality is believing your the stronger side and convincing yourself your in control. The moment you allow that side to have more power then it should, it will always win.

Based on what I'm reading, you have a chat restriction. Meaning your chat will be limited for, most likely, 10 games (assuming first punishment). This is the lightest punishment. You should be able to play still.

Find ways to deal with the desire to call out negativity though. Some move chat off screen, some mess with keybindings so chat can't be sent, and some simply mumble in real life. If a game upsets you; finish it, either take a break or play an coop v ai to unwind, drink some water, and remember that it is for fun.

It sucks to be held accountable for something that's not your fault. However, Riot's policy is that you are responsible for what happens on your account. They don't remove restrictions for people claiming a sibling or friend got their account banned.

Like another poster said, though, this sounds like a fringe case. Unfortunately, there have been enough people who lie about their bans (this is the first time I've seen anyone claim MPD/DID, but I've seen several claiming Tourette's), it'll take a lot of proof to convince Riot to remove the penalties and/or restore the account's honor standing.
