I been doing really well and haven't been toxic for about 2 weeks, when can i get my hextech boxes back :(

It depends on many factors and has been left deliberately nebulous to prevent the mentality of "ok, two weeks of being nice and then I can get hextech again". They want people to understand that the behavior you were having in those games where you tried hard to get the hextech back is how you should behave ALL THE TIME.
What was your punishment, it will take longer to redeem yourself from a 2 week ban than from a 10 game chat ban.
