Trolls Ruin this "Game" and No one Polices the Community

I'm am finally sick and tired of all of the trolls that are in this game. I'm not talking about the ones who flame and curse, there's a mute button for that, but those who pick champs that are either not suited for the role they are supposed to be playing, or those who have absolutely no idea how to play that champ. Rito needs to do something about this and time and time again, I use the report feature, and nothing comes of it. Why? Because they have zero interest in policing the community anymore. If it doesn't affect their precious pro players, they could care less.

I have lost 7 games in a row because of trolls. Well maybe 6, but i'm sick and tired of encountering them. So, yell at me all you want, but I do everything I can to win, but there are times when I can't carry anything because of how bad these players are. Sure everyone has bad games, but why is it every time they are on my team, and why are they always feeders? The other team looks like the Navy SEALS, Army Delta Force, and/or anything else. While my team looks like a bunch of 3 year olds, with usually the attitude to match. So I'm just going to go through them all.

1. *Let's start with a yorick jungle. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, yorick is better top anyway, he never ganked anyone. And when he did he died a lot.
2. *Ekko died three times in under two minutes to darius in the opening 5 minutes. Then instead of playing safe, just continues to fight and die.
3. *I wasn't doing that badly against cho until everyone starts ganking me, where I couldn't farm or do anything.
4. *And shaco jungles, where there are no vision wards bot leads to several ashe arrows to the face, tahm stuns, and then shaco just cleans up. Or darius.

1. • Oh where do I start with this one. Um bot lane fed. Everything.
2. *Hec tried to save the game, but Vayne and Veigar, who only had one or two kills in laning phase, just got fed so badly.
3. *So this comes down to two players who couldn't play safe, and fed the two people on the team who couldn't get fed if we wanted to win.

1. *The xin was bossy to begin with, ordering people around. So that didn't help.
2. *I got countered hard in bot, normally I'm ok against a sivir as cait, but i just couldn't do anything this game. Blitz just sat in the bushes, while janna kept moving. And blitz instead of going for janna, kept trying to grab sivir, who also kept moving, so her spell shield would just block it. Even after i told him to wait for me to bring it up, he didn't. Not to mention couldn't land a hook anyway.
3. *Lux feeding tf who then would gank the map didn't help either.
4. *Yasuo just wasn't there for most of the game.
5. *The only reason xin was positive is because he would dive in usually after the fight was lost or won and clean up, then die again.

1. *Bottom line, I can't carry stuff like this
2. *Anivia fed. Blitz fed. Teemo did stupid things. His shrooms are why he had so many kills
3. *A sion support is bad, but when blitz can't ward the bush, not even the river bush, or fails to let me know that his ward in on cd, he just stuns, or blitz just pulls him into us.
4. *I should point out that malz dced in the middle of the game and we still lost because of how no one listened, no one grouped, and everyone fed so hard.
5. *Voli was always off doing his own thing. Anivia couldn't hit a skill shot to save her life, usually it relied on it. And teemo just went invis and tried to 1v4 many times.

1. *This is the only one where I can say I played not my best and probably didn't help. I was poor at positing and missed a lot.
2. *However, I also want to point out that teemo and riven argued over mid and top in champ select. riven was assigned mid and teemo top, but they switched.
3. *Morg never put one black shield on me the entire laning phase. NOT ONE! I know how to counter a cait leona lane as jinx. Keep them at the edge of the river so if they tower dive, which they will, they will pay for it. That never worked. Also lee camping didn't help.
4. *WW would always jump in without warning and expect a low team to follow him.
5. *Same thing with the last one. Teemo go invis, then try to 1v5. It didn't work.

1. *This is simple. Ryze and brand fed to no end.
2. *Normally I can't trust Udyr jungles, but I couldn't report him for this as he tried. Along with Sona.
3. *Brand missed so many mia calls. Xin and LB just camped bot
4. *Ryze literally had no kills before the 20 minute mark and died to many times to olaf that he was 0/8/0 for a long time because he would just run in and die.

1. *Who in their right mind would play an adc as support? There is a reason it doesn't work outside a small handful of situations. They are useless late game since they can't do any damage, have an engage, usually, or help the team in a strong way except damage, which isn't usually needed by that point since you are so behind.
2. *Cait was useless in lane and useless late. All of her kills? From sniping or a lucky q.
3. *Ekko just couldn't play safe.
4. *Heimer was just too strong. Can't really put that on my team, but a different champ, one who was actually a support probably would have helped. Maybe not in laning, but later.

Why does this always happen when I need to win games? Or why can't the trolls be on the other team. I'd still report, but come on. Losing that many in a row tells me that no one bothers to police the community because as far as rito is concerned, if it doesn't affect their pros, who cares.

Their system relies entirely on people reporting, and almost no one does anymore. Why? Because no one sees any positive outcome from it. With the tribunal, you could at least take part in the action and it was a good system. Flawed? Sure but it could have been fixed. Instead rito just ditches it in favor of auto reports, and they again rely on people reporting. With the tribunal, at least a treat of a report was legit because the standards were different and a report could actually do something. Today a report just gets dumped in a bin and someone will look at it in five years.

I'm usually reporting someone at least every other game for something. Not by choice usually and not always on my team. Feeding, Verbal Abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct are the usual suspects. Yet I never see anything come from them. Why should I keep reporting if I see no result? Honestly.
