[GAMEPLAY]Mundo Cleavers not Displaying

In a recent game, several of my teammates, and a few enemies noticed that Dr. Mundo's cleavers were not showing up. The animation of him using the cleavers was going, but no one could see the cleavers after the animation finished. You could also see them, or feel them, impact and see all of those animations, but nothing on seeing the actual cleavers themselves. This was on his default skin, not sure if this will work for other skins.

This can be repeated by playing any game and seeing if Mundo's cleavers appear in the air after his throwing animation finishes. Checking other skins would also be a good idea.

While I do not have screenshots, or video, it was quite noticeable, or really not but you get the idea.
