truly toxic, vs bad language

In the SAME GAME, I get two toxic people, who should be punished, but wont be:

a guy who gets put top, but someone else picks his champ and he declares he's going mid. then "doesnt care about reports because this is just an alt". (but is riot going to do anything about it? experience suggests no)

also, a troll autofill. who first picks teemo. but that gets picked out, so goes veigar. and then instead of actually supporting... screws with my cs. then mocks me for not having higher cs also lies about "im not doing it on purpose, I'm just trying to hit enemy". then REALLY blatantly just goes after cs when no enemies even close. again: is riot going to DO anything about this? experience says no. (based on: I've reported both of them, but I dont expect to see the feedback)

**THIS IS WHY LEAGUE IS SO TOXIC, RITO. ** Because you only do anything about auto-bot-scanned inflamatory "bad language",but do nothing against the TRUELY toxic people who pull garbage like this. cussing people out is just venting. even relatively nice sane people do that. But you dont get rid of the mentally broken greifers, who keep their language clean, but make the rift a sick, sick place.

Webster's definition of toxic: "poisonous, harmful" etc.

Riot's definition of toxic: saying mean things about people who are actively trying to ruin your experience

Silly consumer, RIOT does not care about improving game quality or the community as a whole. They want a nice, wide, automated blanket system that simply hands out punishments to any and all offenders as equally as possible. The report system's primary purpose has NEVER been about justice for anyone, getting rid of trolls/griefers, or preventing report-bullying by groups of toxic friends, but merely something they can point to and say "look, we are trying to make people play nicely! yay for us!"
