How do Riot employees at Riot HQ react to toxic trolls?
I'm told that Riot employees are all avid gamers and love to play in their spare time....
Is there like an 'instaban' button in the center of the employee gaming area?

No, but they do have this lottery system. Every couple of days they select a random summoner, and give him only trolls and AFK players for at least a week (especially in promos). In their lunch times they watch his games and roll on the floor laughing at his rage.
The affected summoners usually make angry forumposts afterwards. Just check the boards, you'll find them in no time.
I dont believe they interfere with the system. A looooong time ago there was a Riot employee who manually banned players. However these bans were actually not justified and he really did it out of spite and anger and in the end it cost him his employment with the company.
Back on track though. Most people are usually on their best behaviour when a Rioter is in there game. I actually play a little worse when they are on my team because i get nervous haha. Still most of the Rioters i have played with are usually quiet and keep to themselves even when the game is a toxic enviorment.
I am no Rioter but i assume they can ban on the spot for really bad and extreme cases, but i also assume they are encouraged not to interfere with the automated system because it could lead to some pretty crazy and corrupt accusations.
That is just a guess thiugh.
I thought riot pampered and sucked troll's dicks since they're their biggest source of income and keep most of the players from achieving their objectives such as winning, climbing with an acceptable speed and overall enjoying the game and thus they need more games=more oil for the riot's money making machine.
