Is "go next" a reportable phrase?

Announcer "ally has been slain" Announcer "double kill" Random champ that dies- 'go next'

"Go next" is another way of saying "this game is lost/just surrender and start next match" and is in my opinion much more toxic than "ff pls" or "ff20".
