Now, I do trust Riot punishment system

So, yesterday, I had a game where I had a dickhead, a non stopping flaming asshole, who never stopped being racist, he kept on saying the N word on the whole team, he said we are from thirdworld countries and we were born to be farm workers, and that we are uneducated, after the game he just simply said that all what he said was just like a practice mode to him, as he could say more, then he just told us; ''go to your ricefields %%%%%s'' , so I immediately reported him, explained what he said, then I went to send a ticket to riot support regarding that asshole, I just opened the link, and i came back to the game, as I was still in post-game screen, I got the notification that my feedback has been investigated and a punishment has been applied. That's why I believe in riot now, more than ever before, and I apologize if I didn't put my trust in you riot.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
