Reportable reports

So i know that saying "omg report xxxxx" is bannable. But i have two questions:

  1. If someone is feeding intentionally/ragequits/flames - can i ask the enemy team to report them? Is "pls report xxxxx for flame" reportable/bannable?
  2. Under which category do i report a Fizz that says "report my team" after giving first blood while diving lvl 1?

  1. Don't ever ask someone else to report. Your report is enough, and it's up for the other people to decide if something is worth reporting or not. You might tell the enemy the situation though (ex. "it's 4v5 because fizz quit").

  2. I don't see that situation as worth reporting. Most people will ignore the Fizz. Just mute him and finish the game.

It's against the rules to ask for reports, and with the attitude of these people, if you ask for reports for someone who actually deserves it, they will probably just report you instead.
