Clans and premades should be punished and dismembered for their behavior

I have played so many games with premades, which btw, I fucking don't want to be fucking placed with that is why I'm in solo queue, and each time they feed for 30 minutes, lose the game, then blame me, the outsider of the group, in which I get harassed for the remainder of the game. Clans whose members are constantly being toxic should be banned from playing together and their clans dismembered. NO ONE WANTS TO BE HARASSED BECAUSE THEY PLAYED SOLO QUE. I just played a game in which I went 3/1. I didn't say a word to anyone when they fed bot lane 1/5 and 1/4 bottom. I didn't say a word when they lost tower. I didn't say a word when they fed top. I didn't say a word when they fed the jungler. I didn't say a word when we clearly were going to lose because of them, but they started blaming me for their crappy playing. I want them to not be allowed to be in pre mades together. Why should they be allowed to gang up on people who didn't fucking want to play in a pre made in the first place.
