Player Behavior Problems.

I'm not the First one to call out this problem, but a lot of the posts/discussions are just people complaining about how they should be unbanned when they clearly did something wrong.

now sometimes this does help and a false ban is lifted, but this happens 0.0000001% of times.

now no one can stop people from complaining about Bans, people get pissed its natural.

I just wish players would consider contacting Riot employees or just suck up the ban (granted, Riot employees do have more bans to give out and can't listen to you complain, but complaining about something on boards or reddit only gets you more hate, I rarely see people support unbans from people that are toxic, flamers, etc.

that concludes my opinion.

I agree that players who feel their punishment was unwarranted should probably consider going through Riot Support first about their case, but I'd also personally argue that getting community input could help as well, whether it's to clear up confusion about why the punishment was placed, whether or not it was warranted, and what might be expected from the Support ticket.

Though, I guess this is more addressing the players who complain, refuse to learn, and expect the game to bend to their willing so that they can go about being toxic without consequence, in which case...Yeah, absolutely. It'd be better entirely for those folk to, at the very least, stick to Support tickets.

Sadly for us, though, for one reason or another, they tend to come to the boards first before anything.

What if they want to gain support to try to change something they see as unjust? There are a bunch of companies with different rules not nearly as strict as Riot's. I could see why they would come here to express their opinion in hopes of being part of the thousands of people who complain and see the game they love change to be more accommodating.

Yeah, its pointless. Usually they get CR or banned for abusing chat, and then they abuse the boards the same way. A lot of times they want to make some kind of ridiculous morality play out of the comments they get.

We need a streamlined version of the tribunal brought back. Not for all cases, and not even for all types of cases. But with the proper in-client tools Riot could probably get a lot more participation, as well as throughput of cases.
