For playing off meta. Do kids seriously have nothing better to do than stomping their feet on the ground? I'm literally fcking tired of seing this message everytime I play soraka jungle, riot fix your fcking system.
All verbal abuse reports do it trigger a scan of your recent chat logs to detect toxic behaviour.
If your behaviour hasn't been toxic, then you won't be punished by Verbal Abuse reports.
Now, what we need is something to punish those who report for no good reason ...
I understand that it can get annoying, when people complain about you trying to play a champion where they normally are not played (off meta). Since this is particularly for verbal abuse and harassment, you should be okay. As EndlessSorcerer touched on, for verbal abuse/harassment they look at the chat logs for evidence of toxicity in chat. If the chat logs DO NOT show such activity, then the report gets thrown out and you are fine.
