I just got Reported AGAIN

I was being verbally abused by a tahm kench and an olaf. I called tahm broken and receiving a nerf soon, and then olaf and tahm called me a lil ***** and told me that's how a ***** loses.

After the game, just tahm kench and olaf and I were in the lobby. I got a report for toxic behavior. All I told them was "tahm is op." and then "I didn't call you names. I just called your champ OP."

They insulted me after I said tahm was OP, because tahm took me from 50% to 0% in 1 combo, and he had full tank items. tahm and olaf called me a little *****. I said "I called your champ OP. I didn't call you names." My zed said "I feel you, but be quiet."

After the game, it was just olaf, tahm and I in the lobby, and they both troll-reported me for toxicity.

I hate your new justice system. I already got a 25 game chat restriction from fighting a bully off of a teammate. I don't want to recieve my next 2 week game ban because of 2 bullies on the opposing team picking a fight with me. they broke the summoner's code when they insulted me. I did not break the summoner's code by asking how a tahm kench is so OP that he has tank items and 50-0 me in 1 combo 1v1 in jg.

Retaliation is equally as punishable as the initial trolling was in Riot's viewpoint, so your failure to just mute the offenders and move on with your game is on you. Plus, your commentary of "Tahm OP" adds nothing constructive and can be construed as trolling someone who was trying to learn the champion or have fun with it. Players are aware of the current strong/weak champions, they don't need you whining about their champion selections all game long.

Calling someone overpowered doesn't strike me as a good reason to punish someone. I'm rather confident that Riot would agree.

If that is all you said, I wouldn't worry about it.

Look. If you didn't do anything wrong, then you won't get banned. It tells you you get reported, nothing more. There is no 'you got so many reports, here is a punishment'. Riot doesn't punish for simple lines. They don't.

Dude your awesome just cause your that one dude whos not a douche bag 12 year old talking shit to other players just cause they can and no one can stop them. Riot system sucks period. Some of the champ kits and report system need fixed.

Getting the notice that you were banned is simply that: a notice. If you did nothing ban worthy, then you have nothing to fear, and those reports actually lessen the credibility of future reports from those people.

EDIT: Oh, just saw the rest saying you had a previous chat restriction. If you are telling the truth for the first part of your post, then my point stands.

But if prior happenings in this type of situation hold true, then your likeliness of actually being an innocent bystander are pretty low

Ya know it might not have even been that game might have been the one before.

Or your full of it and not telling the whole story.

Either way if the reports are not valid you won't get punished however they will.

I feel you man. Sometimes people are just salty, but honestly your best move is to just mute them. Honestly I really don't see the need to have /all chat on. Opposing players will try to flame you to make you angry and play worse. Good news in 2 parts. 1 you just got a warning and it's just that, a warning. Warnings are given out due to an increase number of reports. If what you are saying is true, then you have nothing to worry about. 2, all perm bans are reviewed by a Riot employee. You can't get troll auto banned. Just keep on working on improving and you'll be fine. Best of luck bud.
