What if we make it so that if you take Smite, all items other than Machete, Talisman, Refillable, pink, pots are disabled in the first 1:30?
This is getting really annoying atm. Lots of tops, such as Singed and Vlad are taking Smite with Unsealed Spellbook just to screw me over and get Scuttlers. I can't even do anything about it unless I start top side. Are we really OK with this? I'm not sure what to think about this meta shift. It feels super cheesy.

I take smite because 9/10 times My jungler is too busy going after "Ez penta" to care about...oh what was it...Oh Yes! DRAGONS. I can watch them brag about how OP they are, how they have all those kills (not from actually helping lanes mind you....because if they help lanes...it means Less kills for THEM) and I can check the scoreboard and watch them easily snag 3 dragons Uncontested. 3 dragons in a row while our jungler is talking about how hard he carries.
So yeah, I take smite because most of the time My junglers are too busy bragging about themselves and patting themselves on the back. I get so sick of junglers acting like just because it is primarily used by junglers, no one else can touch it. And if someone outside Jg takes it...its the end of the world.
The game stagnates when people refuse to adapt or change, and the worst is people who think "this is how things are, if you think different you need to be burned at the stake"

So People like me are forced to take smite to secure dragons and use the effects. In the meantime junglers chase meaningless kills that dont actually help anyone but themselves, and they turn around and pat themselves on the back, bragging about how amazing they are. So if junglers really think they are so OP that they dont need a team, then Its ok for me to leave them to die and just take smite for myself. I will secure dragon while they pat themselves on the back.

HavokDash1 votesI am not patting myself on the back, I am saying DO YOUR DAMN JOB instead of sitting around circlejerking yourself about how totally amazing you are and how you can totally solo carry the team....as the team is losing towers and objectives due to an enemy jungler that ACTUALLY focusses dragons, ACTUALLY ganks lanes, and doesnt spend 30 minutes getting 30 kills but is too good to actually help take down a single tower. Maybe then I would actually trust a jungler enough that I wouldnt NEED to take smite.

As far as "adapting", no problem but that doesn't make a change positive. This one especially seems to overly narrow the jg meta. The question wasn't "how do I win?" or anything of the nature.
