I've experienced 5 AFKs and counting this week

First ranked game of the day I got someone who AFK'd late game when we needed them and we lost. Second ranked game hours later I got another person who AFK'd mid game and game back 15~ minutes later after we lost all of our inhibitor turrets to the enemy team taking advantage of our situation by splitpushing. So basically it's okay to lose because of two AFKs, and for people to win with unfair advantages. I'm wondering when this problem is going to be addressed.
