How do I deal with support who intentionally takes cs?

What do you do when your support buys a support item, takes your cs and you tell them to stop but they say they aren't stealing your cs and just getting the minions low, yet they are trying to last hit so if you don't last hit they take it. Then they build dumb support items so now you are behind on cs and your support isn't building like a kill lane and is building support so a 2v2 isn't going to happen because you will lose with a support who is going mobi boots and locket while you got no cs. Every time 2v2 happen it's a 1 for 2 or 0 for 2 and 2 being you and your support dies. You can't even support them because they aren't building ad or ap, just support so they can't 1v1 let alone 2v2. Even if you are able to take the cs before the support does, it's still bad because the support will constantly push lanes whether we are warded or not and we get ganked by jungler all day. The support who is auto pushing will die almost every time if not me and the support and our jungle die trying to save the support.

It's good, I always do that to my adc if he's not farming well, then suddenly he starts competing with me who will get more cs and since he has more damage than me, he starts csing like Faker.

Ps sorry for downvoted your post 30 times, just tries some scripts. :)

What the hell are these downvotes. I guess he still shares the gold. How much does he take? If he last hits with relic shield or sholderpad passive the he shares the gold then you have no right to complain. If he takes cs in big quantities in other situations then rep him for soft int but don't flame as even if it was justified you will get banned.

i generally try to not take cs as support (regardless of what kind of support I'm playing)

unless my adc is not in lane; then cs is free and clear

ex; if I play a tanky support (Leona) and build something like item 3068 I'll try to stay out of minions as much as possible so the aoe effect doesn't kill them by accident

but in hindsight that is not what you asked

if you are seeing them willingly take cs, let them know "Hey, can you stop hitting minions with abilities and autos, you're taking my cs."

if they ignore you then you have a few options

you can ask them to leave that lane "Go roam please, other lanes could use your help." you can leave lane "I'mma go roam, you can stay here and farm."

in the first instance if they still ignore you, then just go roam yourself and feel free to report them when the match ends i'm not 100% sure what that would qualify as, maybe unsporting behavior

block them as well and move on

The same way you deal with a support who doesnt take cs. You decide the best course of action to win the game and then do it. Imo, the best course of action is the same. You try to cs, you make good macro decisions, you outplay your opponent.
