So why riot doesn't scan games automatically for possible infractions?

Instead of leaving it to chance and manual reports to weed out the "toxics"

But no let's give others the choice to report or not when someone is blatantly breaking the rules that's how people end up trolling 50-100 games in ranked

Biased reports dependant system, very nice

Because if I'm in a group of 5 and we want to be assholes to each other because we've been friends for ages and all have the same super dark sense of humor, that should be allowed imo.

Because sometimes people are perfectly with certain levels of toxicity. If I'm in a 5 man premade, with a broken mic; why should I be punished for raunchy humor in team chat that no one reports me for?

Although, later in your post it becomes confusing if you are talking about verbal toxicity or gameplay.

Because not everyone takes offense to everything. If someone on the team makes a funny albeit crude or sexual joke and I get a chuckle out of it, I might not report. The rest of the team might not report. People should not have to play in fear of getting punished when play among friends or among people who are okay with more offensive chat. If the team has no problem with what was said, why should Rito cares? More importantly, why should you, who were not in that game or in that team or read that chat, care?

Because if my friends, or anyone for that matter, arent offended by my chat, why punish me? They arent the morality police, ffs.
