People who autolock in blind pick

It is very unfair when you call a role first and someone else autolocks. This isn't a rant about They took mid therefore we lost. I could play other roles. But I wanted to play mid and have fun with a champion. I wasn't playing to get a win. Now I have to wait 5 minutes because someone else stole my role from me. I feel like autolockers should get a penalty unless queued up with 3 or more (Because if a 5 man autolocks then its most likely they knew where they were going b4 game.)
