End-of-Season-Rewards: Reward for those who hit Gold+ on both Solo/duo and Flex queues.

Last year, Riot mentioned that players who reached Gold+ on both Solo/duo and Flex queue will earn a special reward.

• Those who climb to Gold in both Solo/Duo Queue and the Flex Queue will unlock an extra-special end-of-season reward.

Also, earlier this year, Riot mentioned something about doing the Victorious Skin differently. I'm a bit skeptical at this part. I don't have the official source atm.
