Can we add notes to blocked people?

Similar to how we can add notes to friends? I would like to remember why I blocked someone long after the fact (also, it seems to remember I blocked someone even if they changed their name.

I don't have a huge block list, but after four years of playing I've probably blocked 20 people in total. I tend to remove them after a while if I no longer recognize their usernames, but would prefer to keep them there if they did something truly awful.
