Sue or threaten Spectrum?

About two days ago I was literally disconnected from the internet for half an hour for no discernable reason other than possibly the windiness of Los Angeles, kicking me out of a winning game into a loss. Since then I've been incredibly afraid to play since it happened again every few days at complete random and occasions I was fortunately not playing.

I'm at a loss at what to do. Should I sue this company or what?

First you should inquire why you are experiencing service interruptions. If it is because of an 'Act of God' and the company has done everything(reasonable) in their power to minimize the problems then there isn't really a case.

If it is scheduled maintenance and the company fails to notify you of potential service interruption during the period of time, then perhaps you might have a case.

Lol technology to play over a monitor with people anywhere in the world. You get kicked for a half hour and want to sue someone. Smh.

I think you have a solid case to sue the company for the mental strain the ranked system has placed on you.
