Bring back permanent chat restrictions*

Clearly the whole 10 chat restriction - 25 restriction - 14 day ban - permaban system isn't working, people just keep buying new accounts for 5 dollars off ebay/amazon and continue with their vulgar behavior. If anything, people who are selling those accounts are making a serious profit off it. I also don't understand how words should lead to a account being permanently suspended regardless, the mute button is a obvious option anyways.

Yes I made a typo.

  1. When people buy new accounts and continue to be toxic, those accounts are quickly banned. Further, accounts that are purchased are extremely easy to detect and get banned pretty quickly once they're bought and played on.

  2. The current system is working quite a bit better than the old "permanent chat restriction" system was. Most players permanently banned either don't come back at all or come back at a much lower level than they were active before, and those who do come back are not often toxic. Of those who come back and are still toxic, they are swiftly banned again.

Says the guy with 13 permabanned accounts. You're doing nothing but making Riot's job better.

I used to play a game called Rappelz. The company who originally owned it, G Potato, took to banning players for little to know reason. The game was horribly addictive and people would then buy ruppees (in game currency) from supposed third party sites to outfit new characters. The funny thing is that later it was found out that some G potato staff had outsourced people to farm ruppees in game and then would resell it. They did it that way to avoid getting caught by the higher ups (after all GMs could just generate ruppees). I wouldn't be surprised to discover a Riot employee is actually behind a few of these account selling sites.
