This thing happened to me aswell, so i made a ticket, ignored blitzcrank bot (cause imo he is literally useless) talked with a support, the next day, until now… he hasnt played 1 game since then
Did you report him?
The system doesn't look unless there is at least one report.
System is acting on numerous reports... I doubt one game is banable because we would not have any players. He could also get a warning... yellow card before the red.
Not to mention that~ 1hour? What are you expecting? That Riot is sitting and waiting for your report having nothing else to do in this 'calm and peaceful ☮️' game? 🤪
