explain why there's toxic kids in every single f*cking game

Everybody is a little toxic sometimes, that doesn't mean they automatically need to be banned; removing all negativity is not remotely feasible, nor it is it Riot's goal. Their goal is to punish consistent or extreme negative behaviors and promote reform through that so they improve.
People often want every report they file to result in the player being banned immediately, but most people aren't toxic frequently or severely enough to actually warrant that. Sometimes they also expect that reporting player A in Game 1 for extreme behavior (like racism) is supposed to prevent player B in Game 2 from doing the same exact thing, but that's just not going to happen. Each player is judged and punished for their own behavior only!

because you are from eune. i used to play there for 1 season for reasons and holy shit this has to be the worst server.
My instant feedback works just fine. Infact they usually get punished in as little as 5min to at the most a day
It doesnt work, trolls never get banned. 3 weeks ive seen at least 1 troll every 2nd game, and i just got banned for reporting 2 trolls.
