T1 isn't unbanned, he's just allowed to publicly play LoL again.

I've seen there were several informational threads to make the difference clear, but i wanted to post it once again with being literal about it.

So:

Tyler1 isn't getting any of his accounts unbanned. Riot is merely allowing him to Play LoL on his newest accounts again, without banning them on sight. Tyler1 so far has been having a so-called ID-ban, or to be more literal. he was not allowed to Play the game at all. if an account was identified as a T1 account, it would get the permanent ban on first offense.

THAT is no longer going to be the case. Tyler1 from now on will once more be on our Level of Treatment. If he is mildly toxic, he gets chat restricts building up to bans. If he behaves well he might even get honor up.

BUT, his already banned accounts stay banned. T1 is merely going to be permitted to go public with LoL again. That is all.
