But people threaten to do it all the time. And it's not just one person, it's multiple. It shouldn't be punishable, but there's been several posts which ppl are accused of "typing too much"

they type too much; typically blaming others too much.

People can report you for anything, doesn't mean it's punishable. All a report does is to flag the system to check for toxicity, if none, the report will get thrown out.

So don't worry about being reported if you didn't do anything wrong.
