racial slurs and racism in league

i DO NOT have any pictures of this event, i realized it after watching several league vids and my own experience. i have some examples in game.

its not even me who's talking stuff, it happens so much when someone gets Lucian and wins the game out of sheer mobility, these players should get banned, 3 weeks or perma, it aint funny to be racist, its offensive. im already reading comments about "WTF dude learn to fucking take a joke lol" im asian, maybe i yell at my team when they feed for no reason. but is it funny to shame me on my asianess when i make bad plays?
