On Voice: Voice to Text option if it's integrated?

For those of us who hate annoying noises or being distracted but still hold out hope people might say something that could influence winning or losing the game could you have voice to text? It's pretty good these days accuracy wise. I mean I'm in the camp of people that strictly hate voice chat, I don't even like talking to my mom on the phone and disabled voice messaging so I'm definitely not going to be sold on voip.
