I encountered two very toxic individuals.

I want to send a ticket so Riot investigates them further. I have screenshots of the things they both said to me in the post-game lobby, including 'kill yourself' variations, homosexual remarks, and other insults.

I reported both ingame, but since most of their insults were said AFTER the game, I want to send a ticket. (Since I'm not sure if Riot now looks at pre and post game chats these days. I remember them saying it's something they wanted to add.)

My question is, under which category would I send this in? Is there a category for it at all?

The pre- and post-game lobby chats are recorded, and while they are not provided to players in the Reform Cards at the time of punishment, they can be pulled and reviewed by Riot Support. The easiest way to manage this is by making a note in the additional comments field of the report screen, saying something like"checking post game lobby."

Alternatively, you can do as you are wanting to, and send in a ticket. For this, you would use these two:

  • Under Choose A Request Type select "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games"
  • Under Category select "Game and Features:: General Questions"

There isn't currently a category that would cover this situation, but you can use the generic one, and when the request is received, it will be routed to one of the specialists who is capable of taking care of it for you. You can either upload the image files directly, or you can load them into an image hosting site and paste the links into the body of the ticket. Both ways should be equally acceptable.
