Riot should look into this matter for those who show unsportmenship in game. Especially those who keep saying GG EZ just when they won the game. Chat restriction will be a better choice for these players who cannot show any sportmanship.

It does if you do it enough. It's not going to get it in one go. It takes a pattern of behavior to get punished.

It is actually considered a "negative term" by the system. Very mildly negative though. Basically, the chance that somebody will get punished only because of saying "gg ez" is fairly low, but it does generally increase the chance of being punished.
Let me just start off by saying that I don't say this.
But if you get offended by 4 letters, you shouldn't be on the internet.
"gg ez" just shows a complete lack of sportsmanship. I am not reporting you because I am offended by you. I am reporting you because I don't want the community to devolve further toward your negative attitude. And I also only report winners for saying this. Whether I am on the winning or losing team I still report it, regardless.

If you make something as small and trivial as that punishable to a larger extent players will just come up with variations or all together new ways of saying the exact same thing. It would be a never ending cycle of Riot constantly adding new lingo to their system. It is annoying don't get me wrong, but there's no practical way of going about it.
