I see so many people ignore the whole "having a bad game" defense to report supposed 'feeders'

Do people even really care if it was a case of their top-laner getting outplayed or a support getting victimized? I rarely see people who give a fuck either way.

Not really.

But this is what happens in a revenge reporting system where you can report people for 3 different things at a time. People abuse it.

You can report people for feeding as much as you want. The system is pretty good at detecting if someone was actually inting or not. Your reports will be ignored. I honestly miss the old plecebo report ticket for "Unskilled Player". The only reason it existed was so that people could take out their frustrations there and be ignored as response.

Has a feeding report ever actually turned into anything? I doubt it.

Haha I see the same thing, I see 3 games of mine recently where the Jungle flat out "Griefed" and threw the entire mid lane game for me in a few games then wonders why the hell I am doing so bad and then everyone starts insulting each-other... I hope that when players throw Toxic Insults to one another that Riots Instant Feedback watches for this and lowers the credibility of a report against another player for feeding or other purposes.
