How was he not flagged AFK?

Ivern leveling bot. All he did was walk from camp to camp then hit B to go back. Zero damage to camps, no smite, didnt take damage from jg camps, 0 CS. One time an enemy walked close and he let one auto go off for 87 damage but everything else in the scoreboard is 0, yet leaverbuster doesnt flag him ask AFK. Leeched some exp from walking close to lanes and was level 2 at the end of a 23 min game. WTF?

Bots are banned in waves, at the start of a new patch cycle.

This wasn't a leveling bot because leveling bots run it down or the newer ones go into the jungle and farm and if all camps are dead, then they run it down.

The player was just afk.

You also don't get exp if your afk for more then 10 minutes.

he wasnt "AFK". end of game he didnt have the X over his icon and he was always moving around from one camp to another without ever placing any groves or collecting any. did nothing to jungle camps, stood next to it, then TP back to base over and over and over again. Wasnt kicked out of the game and continued to do the same

I would submit a ticket then.

The afk system is a completely different system (Leavebuster)

And if it was a bot, it would be running on a script so if you reported the account. It should be banned next patch cycle since they do it in waves.

Unless they changed that part of the system, the visual afk-flag is not 100% identical with the actual afk detection, to avoid people finding out the specific requirements for detection. To emphasize: Unless they changed it. It has been so long since I've seen a red state that, that I cannot even tell you who it was, let alone find the quote. So I wouldn't be surprised if it did change over all that time.
