Does the Date Change to 2016 mean that Terms of Use has been Updated in Patch 6.11 ?

I may be mistaken here, but this is the first time that I have seen the terms of use date changed. It has always had 2013 or 2014, and I took that to mean that they had not changed since that time.

I've skimmed them once.

Does this date change imply that there have been significant changes?

If so is there a way to see which sections have been changed?

Because, many parts of the agreement, refer to services which no longer even exist.

Today I started up the league client.

The terms of use popped up as it does from time to time, but this time, it said last updated May 31, 2016

It would be nice to have a summary of changes that occured.
