Positive behavior and how to enhance rewards for positive experiences
We all know there's a lot of punishment for negative behavior, granted it is delayed and somewhat inconsistent so it appears draconian to some people....
There have been a few comments on improving the positive behavior rewards. Currently we have the loot and ribbon systems. They are the rewards, however, they need to be tweaked a bit.
So here are my suggestions:

I think what needs to happen is that the ribbons should be a more visible and relevant award, not just a tally on your profile and ribbon on your loading screen. Maybe in addition to the ribbon, you get a skin temporarily unlocked for the duration of the ribbon and lose that skin when you lose the ribbon. Maybe make the ribbon allow temporary access to the skins you can no longer purchase. You're not giving anything away and it's quite a perk to play with unavailable skins. If you earn multiple ribbons, you get multiple skins.

The hextech system allows you to earn rewards while you're not behaving like a jerk. You get skins, champs, and also can unlock mastery levels. What may need to happen though is new hextech crafting only skins be developed and released. Right now, we only have that Annie skin. Just sayin Riot... nudge nudge...
