Nearly every normal game I play in now has some jerk(s) that feel the need to flame someone in all chat, with "%%%got champ" and "gg ez" and hate speech. I'm getting really tired of it and wanting it to stop.
They can't lose their ranked rewards at this point so they don't care.
But they can lose their accounts, which is evident by the very frequent "OMG I only told noobs to f* themselves rito please you suck unban me srsly"-threads around here.
In a strange way this brings about something I have been wondering about...I could be Way off !! However, I see some new complaint threads that I don't really understand the reason behind the banning...
What I am wondering is If Riot has actually implemented the use of on board comments to ban in-game accounts ? What I mean is they have said that if commentators go way over the line on the boards that their accounts could be banned.
As of this point, I don't know if Riot would even do this. What I could see happening is someone coming on the boards saying IDK something like 'I use this account to troll and make people rage quit'...Yes, I've seen this remark more times then I care to admit...Or Add W/E to the comment ...so could this be a reason for some recent in-game bans ?
That's a good thought. Could be. It could also be the new automated robot not knowing what it's doing. When you think about all of the tweaks that were needed with league over the years, the concept that the robot system might not be 100% accurate becomes a real possibility. I still maintain that, at least in august, it was giving out too strict of punishments for far too little offenses.
Some points of your comment we disagree with...however I am more then willing to admit that Riot can and does make mistakes...I would say though, the systems are thought out and tested. I think we just disagree with the degree of the punishments being handed out.
As we are talking on 2 different threads I ask you to consider both sides of what i am saying as I afford you the same benefit..I almost wish I had time to start a new thread with you and discus the things we disagree with at length and without insult from either...I think you could do it and I know I can..just not today ;)
