Mastery Emotes: how to disable, please shed light

I've been chat restricted. i've been warned for a ban, and i've recieved many of these warnings. Why? To keep it short, people have been flashing mastery over and over and i've been driven insane over this shit to the point where i lash out in chat and then I RECIEVE THE WARNING. Has riot added an option to disable flashing mastery? I'd rather not fight back with people who will obviously get nowhere in their sad pathetic lives and just disable them instead. Last time I checked forums people said there was no option. Is there one now? I've sent in a handful of tickets a few minutes ago reporting this player and asking riot.
