The system is biased against Barbarians.

Of all the tilt-types that Riot outlined in their tilt... thing, Barbarians are the only type whose natural response to in-game stress is explicitly against the rules by default.

That doesn't seem very fair to me. Just because we represent a minority of the playerbase doesn't mean our ways of dealing with stress are less valid than yours.

And don't talk to me about "Vent Bot." Vent bot is useless during a match when I'm being actively flamed and singled out (which is exactly when I feel that urgent need to vent so I can get my mood back in check and focus on the game) because if I go afk to vent at Vent Bot, I get reported for going afk. If I vent, I get reported for venting. If I say nothing, I see nothing but red and hyperventilate and continue to play like trash which just gets me flamed even more.

As someone who is bipolar and spent their entire life trying to relearn how to interact with people and reality: deal with it. You have to change your behavior. It is not some sort of play against human nature.

Be glad it is the only thing you have to relearn.

This is inaccurate.

In their most tilted form, the Paladin may resort to condescension, lectures, or threats to punish others.

Overly condescending behavior and threats to punish others are both against the rules.

When tilted, many who walk the path of Lord DGAF find themselves jaded, laughing at the misery that can permeate a doomed game.

Mocking players who are doing poorly or taking undue glee in the misery of others is against the rules.

The only one whose tilting is NOT against the rules is the Scarred Veteran who, by Riot's guidelines, keeps things internally and thus doesn't express them in-game.

Just because you represent a minority of the playerbase doesn't mean your ways of dealing with stress are justified, especially if your so called 'natural responses' are at the expense of others.

If you're cursing the absolute hell out of your own gameplay, that's more or less fine since its not at anyone else's expense but your own critiques of your own play.

I think everyone is biased against barbarians. Just like how most people are biased against racists and extremely religious people. Its not necessarily a bad thing to hold some bias.

You can't control what others do, but you can control what you do. If people typing mean words on the Internet can have such an insane impact on you and you're aware of it, then just mute them or disable chat altogether. If you're going to complain about how this prevents you from communicating with your team, well that's the reality of talking to almost entirely anonymous people online; they can be rude. So you either learn to deal with that without throwing a hissy fit or you mute them.

Also, wtf is Vent Bot.
