AFKers Should Be Matched With AFKers
Players who AFK regularly should be placed with other players who AFK regularly. Same goes for players who feed, and for those who are reported for being toxic.

Man, I was just queued with a AFK'er three times in a row. Like, people may not be feeling it, but it takes a lot of time to play one game. I just got demoted again from S3 to S4 due to these three games and it hurts. I have a lot of time and energy invested in trying to make myself better, just to be queued with people that don't really care. This is the real issue. Forget the new skins, champions, and icons, help the community! I can't fathom why I can't be reimbursed for games like this. I know small fries like me can't get a lot of attention but I'm trying hard here. . . I've been silver for two seasons straight because of the same issue.
Sometimes shit happens and your tilted which makes you feed or toxic or something important comes up and you have to leave the game or your drunk and feed cuz you cant see shit <ive seen a few people do it.>
Riot has addressed this before and stated that they will not do a "Prisoner's Island" scenario.

Somone here told me its fair that someone intebtionally fed and ruined my game and didnt get punished.
Another told me he was justified in intentionally feeding because i "probably said something to him"
