Saying Report "Insert Name" in All Chat is Toxic

is it toxic to say "i never get any back up" if you had more damage to champs than top, adc, and support combined? I mean yeah its one thing if I was mad and yelling at my team but that was literally the only thing i said all game. When the average damage to champs on your team was 6k and you did 18k as a jungler you have to wonder what is going on and i feel like its ok to express that frustration.

Despite my frustration being justified our bard (who only minutes before used his ult to stun me and save the enemy jungler) said that i was being toxic and that i was an idiot and that i am going to be reported. At the end of the game he said in all chat, "report panth toxic" as if he were trying to provoke a response from me when the game was already over. Saying report so and so just to piss off that player is more Bm then saying "ggez" by a long shot yet somehow it isn't ever talked about as being toxic.

I guess you could argue it's negative attitude.. But I would not report it. So I am going to say no, it's not toxic.

Its not toxic unless you first did something offensive like trashing lane or calling out others' mistakes more than once. I mostly just ask for reports on AFKers or anyone who feeds an enemy Vayne

If you are being toxic, he doesn't have to tell people to report you. He should just report you himself and say nothing. Riot has commented before that you can report people for report-begging, and there is a very high correlation between using the word "report" in chat and getting reported/punished.

That said, were you really "justified" in your "frustration" because a teammate made a misplay? This is terminology that is generally used by someone who is being a massive dick.
