I'm Concerned Trolling Quality Down Across All Ranked Tiers - Zero Effort Trolling Is Norm

When I first began playing league and played support, it took me only 2 games to learn that taking cs from the adc is bad, Okay, let's just start with just how obvious some trolling has gotten.

So you've got the stoned do nothing relic shield item 3302 trolls who are claiming they are screwing up your cs in order to 'healing' you when you're full health, and getting away with it... that's the old routine, and it's fairly successful.

...but recently even these zero effort, bottom-of-the-barrel- low-effort trolls have now been replaced with supports who have completely wrong items like item 3092 who then sit and blatantly sabotage your cs, instead of harass, I mean this should be a cut and dry case, and automagically identified by riot, without some ticket or report. Because what exactly is not being understood when you tell your support stop hitting minions/taking cs ?

But somehow, this becomes, a "gray area" at riot support (I'm assuming) ...it's really not though, it's pretty black and white and should instabanned.

( one game recently, even enemy team felt bad and was like "sona, where your support items?" )

And it's same exact formula over and over again:

  1. Champ Select Lobby, No Effort To Even Change Original bought account with the random numbers on the end (ex. IAMTROLL7868772)
  2. Troll jungle will start on rock people so you don't get to your lane early
  3. Troll support will sabotage ADC cs and/or push lane too far
  4. Troll support will not buy any items, or will buy completely wrong items for their type of trolling (i.e. relic shield then claim u help heal adc)
  5. Place zero wards
  6. mid game will demand everyone group mid while enemy lazily splits lanes, if you have slow support or haven't built items and YOU KNOW YOUR CHAMP WELL ENOUGH TO KNOW WHEN YOU AND WHEN YOU ARE NOT READY...then you'll be accused of not being team player.

Like seriously, these games are boring, and also I can sympathize with some folks who are getting chat bans for raging at their supports. It's only human that when you talk to someone and they don't respond that you get angry. Naturally most of these folks think they are playing with a real human player, and not some bot.

Anyway... without more pressure from riot, these trolls just going to get lazier and lazier. League needs Riot as a predator, in order to thin out the herd....

I HATE taking kills. If it is out and out mine, then fine. I HATE taking the accidental ks because I timed it wrong. I also hate not paying attention to see that my relic is on cooldown, or just not paying attention and auto attacking a low minion. Normally that happens just once or twice and I am fine so no harm done. But some supports just don't care at all and just take cs or the kill. I am not good at judging when to hit a minion to lower its health to assist in my adc getting the cs, so I just don't. I am working on it though since I see that the pros have it down pat. I just want to make my adc beefed up and cornfed to kill the opponents. But some just troll to take what they can and not care about how it affects the overall game. That sucks.

It could just be that the adc might not hit the minion. I do this, and basically what's stopping the system from recognizing that the adc is back at base and the support is taking CS from that? What you are basically saying is that the support should never get CS, and while I do agree early game it is critical for them to get CS, some times they not be that good at csing. So why waste a minion kill? Don't get me wrong if they are obviously trying to sabotage you then by all means report them, but you have to basically be 100% sure what they are doing is trolling and not just getting the CS because you can't!

Starting krugs isnt trolling, its just some junglers path. Lanes have a duty to help most junglers on their first camp, they then return this cost to you by ganking later.

And while I wont say that you havent experienced troll supports, i do think that the idea that a support is locked into a certain path is not really a good thing.

If both the support and adc have a yellow trinket, a sightstone really isnt necessary. two yellow trinkets are actually superior in ward coverage and utility than a ss or ss variant. The only reason, as far as im concerned, to pick up a ss is to free up a trinket slot for a sweeper. And bluntly i always wonder why bother caring at my elo. But that bit is beside the point.

What is a support? well the idea is to support the adc by feeding and protecting them. This generally means not taking cs, but it doesnt have to. The other half of supporting is denying the enemy laner, and if the support takes some cs, but denys massive chunks to the enemy adc then that is hardly a problem. Or if they are feeding you kills, what is a few cs here and there? More to the point, would you have actually gotten the cs they took? I play a lot of support, and i can usually tell if my adc will get the cs or not. and if not, well thats wasted gold, might as well go to me.

Again, im not saying you arent dealing with real trolls... But people take so many dumps on supports, who often do more work than anyone else on the team, that i get kind of defensive of them.

Can't tell if OP is trolling, or just not understanding that relic gives gold to both parties. Additionally, support still needs gold regardless if a heal is needed or not, so taking the canon minion, etc when a charge is up benefits both parties.
