Really hate those Insta-lock players

Beside my hate for trolls in games. Another thing i hate even before the game starts are those insta-lock players. Especially when 4 players already called what lane they wanna take, there is that one player who just insta-lock then took the lane which is already taken. When we told that player why they do it and they proceed with an answer: I don't care. Urgh.....these players sometimes get into my nerves.
