Can a rioter review my last Fiora game?

So I decided to play something I dont usually, so I played Fiora. Vlad top. Ok ill just outscale. A get killed a few times, ok still not bad. But then my other, AHEAD lanes, start to die a few times. They tilt and just immediately give up. I say no to the FF, I try to keep playing out, but my team just wont have it. The game was 100% winnable. Their excuses were "its just a normal, id rather not waste my time." This just completely ruins the fun that my team decide to just give up so early, and is reportable.

I reported the people, but nothing has been done about it yet. Im asking if a rioter can go back and review the game/chat logs and do something about this?

(also they just stopped trying after that. They were just so tilted they didnt even care at that point and just stopped trying to win)

EDIT: It started with 2 of them (the ones i reported), then they tilted the others. Then at that point i just ff with them.

If 4/5 people want to surrender, they're allowed to surrender. What's there to report them over? They weren't trolling, they just got demoralized and gave up. Shit happens.

Best bet is to Tweet this info within Twitter @RiotSupport. I tell them these things along with bug reports and they always answer 100% of the time. However expecting to be notified of justice isn't something worth to be dwelt on. If they continue the behavior punishment will come their way, however if they stopped this would be why you didn't get any notice yet. I'm sorry you had to deal with that nonsense.

If the TEAM (read 4 out of 5) collectively decided to surrender, why would you think your report do anything?
