Please introduce slight honor loss and potentially BE loss for dodging matches.
This has been a problem with the game for a really long time. Please take more drastic measures to make dodging a game more costly for the person dodging.

This is punishing players that genuinely have a good reason to dodge, such as a troll player on their team, someone tilting the team before the game starts, a bad team comp, a player that regularly plays bad, etc, etc. This hasn't been that big of a problem for awhile, and most people do it for a good reason. Punishing players for utilizing the dodge mechanic to stay away from troll or dangerous games is very distasteful.
why not make them loss a school grade for every dodged match? so that when you have to suddenly go and leave the match lobby you will do more poorly in school?
People dodge for out of game reasons (for example, your daughter walks into the room crying and bleeding from her foot). Sometimes, the honorable thing is to disconnect from the virtual world and take care of the real life problems that are happening now.
At least, that seems more honorable to me than (from the example above) letting my little girl cry and letting her foot bleed while I play a game.
I think a time penalty is an appropriate punishment.
