League Unlocked is an advertising venture. Players who are given those accounts are done so in hopes they play skins on stream or in content that cause other players to buy them.
Has nothing to do with behavior. They are simply just another player and they are not held to a lower or highest standard than you or I are.
It's Moe, he's probably on first-name basis with everybody on his team. Challenger ELO is completely different from the matchmaking that you or I face. Focus on your own behavior.
Edit: I remember you complaining about a perma ban about a month ago. Have you just been waiting for a streamer to say "you suck dick" ever since in hopes to deflect some blame off yourself? Come on.
I already did and I'll post their response when iget one, i can imagine it will be along the lines of "we arent allowed to disclose any info about his account but we will look into it" then he will be streaming the next day no chat ban no punishment. i'd bet 10k on it.
It's not acceptable? Send this to Riot support, if he was toxic they will take action against him, provided he is actually being reported constantly.

yes its fine for a single player to be toxic but not others. that completely contradicts everything any rioter has ever said about toxicity.
that is my issue he isnt being reported at all because he is famous. one screen shot like this should ban a player at his caliber especially if he is partnered. he is the face for the company. and he will never get punished.
