Please let us see improvements to our behavioral status

I, for one, am not under any type of behavioral sanction but I was in the past (long time ago) and I wanted to know when it would end. I hate that it comes as a surprise rather than an expectation. There should be a bar telling you how much games you have to do with refined behavior patterns (consistency).

I believe the time is 3 months. Then you drop down a penalty. When you get down to the bottom, you're good.
