Nonetheless.
Had a post removed, and the reasoning for removing it was completely wrong. It was a serious discussion, and a Moderator/Riot Employee removed it under the assumption it was a "joke" or something along those lines.
It's not a joke, and the treatment of an opinion as such is censoriing
Repost it and make it clear that it is not a joke, the Moderator/Riot Employee probably had general reason to assume so based on they way you describe it.
And it doesn't matter if it is censoring, Riot can censor every player if they wanted to, free speech only applies to the government censoring you.

If its just a warning its generally not something to worry about, but it depends (What the original topic was about) 9 months ago I posted the (Kill Yourself Music Video) under memes and games because I thought it was funny, but Riot didn't so they removed it and told me not to post that specific thing there even though its not really clearly against rules I don't think but said I am welcome to post to other platforms <3...
Also not everyone is going to use Discord to ask and go through verification just to ask a question although I understand this is to keep trolls out, perhaps there is a way for people to ask in a support ticket, or on PB&M section?
As for Free Speech, Its true it only applies to the government, but then again you got to remember on the internet that trolls generally don't care about being banned you just hop through multiple layers of VPN's and Spoofers, keep trolling all day long every day 365 unless the specific people know the persons Real Information to get court orders done, or disclosure of IP Logs and trace it back which is nearly impossible for trolling so its a endless game of Whack-A-Mole, been there done that had my fun doing it with some toxic gaming community before.
It also depends how you define Government, and how you Define a Civilian, long debate coming up on this one if I posted it here :3.
It is not a warning. All boards warnings are state they are warnings, speaking from experience I have had several posts removed but was assured it was not a warning but a friendly tone it down from riot.
