Problems with Riots system

So I've almost never gotten reports right? At all. Nice guy. I get one report. Okay not so bad.. i finish that restriction. Then the second i say even one negative word bam, hit again. And again. Escalating. Two of them, i didn't even do anything bad. One i typed a lot only and another i crashed. My point is, now im FUCKING PERM BANNED. Seriously!? There are much more toxic people than me and im the "0.06%" of players that get this? What the actual fuck riot! I used to like this game! But the punishment system is completely stupid! I've seen so many complaints from people about this it's insane! And sure you can go to support, but I've never heard of a case in which they've done anything! I've tried myself and they haven't. Just because I've had "past experience of negativity" while regaining honor 2 again, apparently means you don't get help. Your fucked. Any situation in which you get a punishment gets exponentially worse, and there's nothing you can do about it. Riot, it's a GAME. People report people a lot for the memes these days. Please for the love of god change this system! It hurts to see this. League's like the only game i play on P.C and you fucked me by banning my account for occasionally being toxic? Yes i know this post is toxic, but it is rightfully so! Because this is unfair as hell! I even tried going to support to clear things up and no response. Just bot after bot after no message at all. League doesn't give a shit about their players or community anymore i guess. Overtuned champions is all they release, their support system fails at the one thing it is meant to do, their report and bn system is horrid, honor system is still useless, and the meta is falling apart! It's no wonder so many people are quitting the game. So riot, if you see this, please for the love of god help me amd everyone else, in turn helping yourselves. The support system needs fixed, the punishment system is unfair as all hell, as if little devil teemo ran it, and yeah.. please spread the word, let riot here this. Fix their game! (Also un perm ban me, j hardly did anything wrong. Just permanently remove my ability to chat i don't care! I just want to play the game..)

P.s my alt and pbe account are high honor, good accounts with no reports yet. The same happened with my main until one report. Then the punishments came like crazy, with any little thing i did. Unfair af, this needs fixed. Don't judge us off past games, but rather the game the report happened in.

The system don't hand out permaban unless you show consistently negative behavior.

Did you have a punishment less than a month ago? If you did, then you were told your next punishment would be a permaban.

If you feel like your chat didn’t warrant a punishment, then you can share your logs here and other players can weigh in on them.

I'm a little toxoc occasionally, yes, but i don't feel that is fair in ANY WAY that after getting a punishment one damn game gets you permanently banned. that's stupid! And i could show logs and show that i was just telling the others to fuck off and leave me alone since they were the ones calling me trash and all. Yes i shouldn't have said that, but still. It is a game. A GAME. Things happen. A little bit of toxicity here and there is fine. One game=permanently ban is not. Even if i had gotten a recent report or not, one game is not enough to warrant a perm. Just give me a month ban or something please! Anything but a perm! I have spent money, countless hours playing, i have friends in which i only communicate through league, i was on the verge of suicide recently... still depressed, and league was the only fun thing i had to do when at home. And then it's gone and i thought about suicide again. I always push it away because it's horrible, but still. I can't deal with this. I cried all night. Failing school, life at home is hard, i was just unfairly perm banned from the only game i really play.. and more i won't go into detail.. please.... reverse the perm... if anything... if i need a punishment... give me a 30 day.. or, just turn on a setting to where i can only ping in chat and literally cannot talk. Anything but perm. I'm open to sharing ideas with you riot. I really am. I just don't want a permanent ban because i told people to stop calling me trash! Amumu <-- this is me right now.

Permanent bans are a serious thing, and i feelt hey shouldn't be given out as lightly as what I've got. Perma bans should be for people like old tyler 1. Very toxic every game. Not to people who have bad games occassionally and say one or two things. And two of the punishments were MISTAKES. I talked with a rioter in the past. two of the games were able to be revesed but they couldn't because i had "past negativity" what the actual fuck! I showed him logd and everything. He said he would try and due to past negativity a MISTAKE BY THE SYSTEM couldn't be reversed??? This is utterly stupid. Riot needs to fix this. Really, if those two had gotten reversed, i would have two more until perm instead of a perm. This is not ok..

The thing is that i did and the reform card did not tell me i would be perm banned.
