new gamemode idea

I am thinking of a special game-mode where champions have extra range. what i mean by this is either cross map moves, or just more range. it will be bans too. that way you can ban overpowered ones like blitzcrank. also, champions move is already cross map, then it gets buffed. your auto attacks, and all your spells will have more range. in cluding all summoner spells. even items will have more range. items ike hextech, cinderhulk, etc. shaco's bxes and heimers turret will have more range as well. But they wont be cross map.
