New game mode idea!

I was thinking, and i thought of a new gamemode riot can make! And basically it will be like team builder except, you will alao be able to add/change your champions passives, q's,w's,e's,r's. example: ekko passive nasus q vayne w kindred e and jax ult/ultpassive. It will show everyones unique ideas and make the game interesting. Now, you might say its too broken, but remmember, all of u will be broken, so its even. Not too broken. What do you think?
